Job Description

    As a Process Manager at eClerx in Chandigarh / Mohali, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication between HR and Operations within the program while upholding company policies. With over 3 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for various HR functions aimed at enhancing employee engagement and performance.- Conduct HIPO development and Career discussion programs for identified groups of Analysts and Senior Analysts.- Monitor and manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for underperforming individuals and implement strategies to reduce attrition levels.- Plan and organize on-floor events, conduct pulse meetings, and oversee the 90-day onboarding program for new employees.- Facilitate knowledge management training programs and guide new managers in evaluating subordinates.- Ensure timely closure of PIP cases, conduct exit interviews, and update various trackers related to grievances, performance, and background verification.- Create reports and dashboards for program/process areas to drive rewards and recognition initiatives to motivate employees.To excel in this role, you should possess a degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and proficiency in Excel are essential.
