Job Description

    We are seeking committed and service-oriented professionals to join our International Customer Support team.Position: Customer Support Executive Process: International Voice & Chat Location: Chandigarh and Mohali Shift: Rotational (including night shifts) Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentivesRoles and Responsibilities:
    • Handle customer queries through voice and chat channels professionally and efficiently
    • Resolve customer issues in a timely and accurate manner
    • Provide product and service information to customers
    • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
    • Log all interactions accurately and follow up when necessary
    • Meet performance benchmarks in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
    • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
    Requirements:

    • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including nights
