The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries through voice and chat support, ensuring a seamless experience for clients based in the United States. The role demands excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a commitment to service excellence.Key Responsibilities
    • Manage customer interactions via voice and chat in a professional and courteous manner
    • Resolve product or service-related inquiries promptly and accurately
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
    • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department as per company protocols
    Required Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
    • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with typing
    • Ability to understand and communicate effectively with Us-based customers
    • Graduate candidates preferred
    • Final year students (Graduation 2025) may apply if they can provide original marksheets up to 5th semester (Btech: up to 7th semester)
