    International Customer Support ExecutiveLocation: Mohali & ChandigarhShift: Rotational / Night Shifts (as per process)Industry: BPO / International ProcessSalary: 20 to 35k CTC IncentivesJob SummaryWe are hiring International Customer Support Executives to manage customer interactions for global clients through voice, chat, or email. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.Key Responsibilities
    • Handle inbound/outbound customer queries for international clients
    • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally
    • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
    • Document customer interactions and update CRM systems
    • Meet individual and team performance targets
    • Follow company policies and international compliance standards
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Freshers & Experienced welcome)
    • Skills:
      • Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
      • Good listening and problem-solving skills
      • Basic computer knowledge
    • Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts
