We are committed to providing personalized, safe, and effective treatments through expert dermatologists and cutting-edge technology.Job SummaryWe are looking for a Customer Service professional with 8 years of experience in handling client interactions, service management, and front desk operations in a premium healthcare or wellness setup. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-oriented, and able to deliver exceptional service experiences that reflect Kayas brand standards.Key Responsibilities
    • Greet and assist clients warmly at the clinic and over calls.
    • Manage customer appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups efficiently.
    • Handle client inquiries, service feedback, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
    • Coordinate with dermatologists, therapists, and internal teams for smooth service delivery.
    • Maintain accurate client records and billing details.
    • Handle escalations and resolve client concerns with professionalism.
    • Support clinic sales by promoting Kayas treatments and products.
    • Ensure the clinic ambience and service standards align with Kayas brand image.
    Requirements
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare, salon, or hospitality industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
    • Should be an immediate joiner.
    • Rotational weekly offs (including weekends).
