Job Description

We Provide customer support to USA/Canadian customers viainbound calls & chat for technical/ IT issues like printer, router,windows through remote access tools like any desk, TeamViewer & ultraviewer.Requirements:*Min 1 - max 3 yrs experience on technical international process.Candidate should know to troubleshoot/fix issues related to printer,routers & windows.*Must have min 1 yr experience in taking international calls & chat withUSA & Canadian customers*Excellent communication skills is MUST as its USA process* Candidates from BPO companies are preferred who has worked in US timezone shift.* Comfortable with night shift 9pm - 6am Monday to Friday ( Only Workfrom office).* Only males candidates as its a night shift without cab facility.*Immediate Joiners only
