Job Description

    Job description::Main Purpose:This position will is highly technical in nature, require sound understanding of Plant Dairy Processes, Product Manufacturing, and Quality Parameters to ensure end to end monitoring of Dairy plant for optimum output with negligible production issues.Responsibility MatrixA. Testing of Raw Milk & Packing Material at each stage i.e. Raw Material (RM), In-Process (IP) & Finished Goods (FG) & Stock, Inventory Monitoring & Management - 50%B. SOP & Compliance, Audit Implementation & Monitoring - 25%C. Plant Complaint Handling, Plant Liasoning & redressal - 25%Career Plan for Electronics and Communication EngineerDairy Technologist will be a part of core manufacturing team of experienced and competent experts of Dairy plant processes, based on inherent capabilities, skills, knowledge and attitude will have career progression to various other specialist functions in the long term companys growth.Job Responsibilities:1. Ensure conducting raw milk testing as per the quality standards and processes with minimum variation.2. Ensure accurate monitoring of processing, packaging, storage and Dispatch of finished goods and its adherence to processing parameters and Finished Product Quality standards.3. Monitoring end to end activities from material receiving, material balancing, manufacturing, quality assurance and dispatch and ensure compliance at each level.4. Ensure proper calibration of Testing equipments and instruments.5. Ensure timely finished goods dispatch from the Plant.6. Ensure compliance of milk and milk products as per the relevant rules and regulations, such as FSSAI, Weights and Measures, etc.7. Preparing and timely submission of MIS reports to manufacturing process and Manufacturing head.8. Resolve routine production issues in consultation with manufacturing head.9. Monitoring the Quality and Food Safety of raw materials, Packaging materials and finished goods manufactured at third party plant location.10. Monitoring of Packing Material requirement for production and intimation to purchase for any shortages.
