We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Executive to enhance our digital presence and drive online sales growth.Key Responsibilities:
    • Website Management:
      • Maintain and update the companys e-commerce website, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and promotions.
      • Collaborate with IT and web development teams to optimize user experience and troubleshoot technical issues.
    • Content & Product Listing:
      • Write, edit, and upload engaging product descriptions, images, and specifications.
      • Ensure accurate categorization and SEO optimization of product listings.
    • Sales & Performance Monitoring:
      • Track and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and sales trends.
      • Generate regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
    • Promotions & Campaigns:
      • Coordinate online marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales events.
      • Work with marketing teams to develop engaging banners and email campaigns.
    • Inventory & Order Management:
      • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely order fulfilment.
      • Manage product returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently.
    • Customer Engagement:
      • Respond to online customer inquiries and reviews to enhance customer satisfaction.
      • Implement strategies to improve the overall customer journey on the website.
    • Marketplace Management:
      • Manage the companys presence on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).
      • Optimize listings and promotions for maximum visibility and sales.
    Key Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
    • Proven experience (2 years) in e-commerce operations, preferably within the retail industry.
    • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce).
    • Experience in SEO, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.
    • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics or similar tools.
    • Strong communication and project management skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
    Preferred Skills:
    • Knowledge of social media advertising and paid search campaigns.
    • Experience in graphic design tools for basic content creation.
    • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
