Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Fashion Assistant at Arvind Fashions Ltd in Chandigarh, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day retail operations. Your main responsibilities will include assisting the sales team, providing exceptional customer service, organizing inventory, maintaining store displays, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the store.Key Responsibilities:- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service- Organize inventory and ensure proper stock management- Maintain attractive and visually appealing store displays to enhance the shopping experience- Help customers with product selection and provide fashion advice when needed- Ensure the store operates smoothly by handling tasks efficiently and effectivelyQualifications Required:- Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for this role- Excellent organization skills to manage inventory and store displays effectively- Sales experience of less than 2 years is preferred- A passion for fashion and a keen interest in the retail industry- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Fashion or related field is a bonus- Previous experience in the fashion retail industry would be advantageous,
