Job Description

    KIWI Kisan Window is a fast-growing brand committed to providing organic and sustainable products to consumers. We are looking for a Regional Manager to oversee operations, drive sales, and ensure business growth within the assigned region.Job Summary:The Regional Manager will be responsible for managing multiple stores/outlets, ensuring operational efficiency, driving sales, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and an ability to manage teams effectively.Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and expand market presence in the region. Store Operations: Ensure all stores operate efficiently, maintain brand standards, and deliver excellent customer experiences. Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate store managers and staff to achieve performance targets. Performance Analysis: Monitor sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to improve profitability. Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address customer concerns effectively. Vendor & Inventory Management: Coordinate with vendors and supply chain teams to ensure product availability. Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement regional campaigns and promotional activities. Compliance & Standards: Ensure all stores comply with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Management, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field. 3 years of experience in retail, FMCG, or operations management, preferably in a regional leadership role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to analyze sales data and develop business strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel across the assigned region.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the organic, FMCG, or retail sector. Knowledge of store operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
