Job Description

    Hiring Anesthesiologistin very reputed 360 bedded multi/super specialty hospital in Madhya Pradesh & Pan India.Experience: 0-3 years Salary: Best in Market/ Negotiable AccommodationQualification: MD/DNBInterview Mode: TelephonicLocation: Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Punjab, Jharkhand, Haryana, Pan IndiaRoles & Responsibilities:
    • Meeting with patients before medical procedures to discuss their medical history and lifestyle.
    • Explaining to patients the surgical process.
    • Administering anesthesia and monitoring patient vital signs during medical and surgical procedures, and making appropriate adjustments in anesthesia to ensure patient comfort.
    • Monitoring patient vital signs and pain management after surgical and medical procedures to ensure patient comfort.
    • Maintaining patient records relating to their procedures and the type and amounts of medications given.
    • Complete preoperative examinations of patients, including their height, weight, and other medical conditions or diseases they may have.
    • Make an assessment of the patients overall health for the procedure.
    • Discuss risks and benefits of anesthesia with the patient and their families.
    • Consult with surgeons and doctors to ascertain the length of surgery and how long a patient needs to be under anesthesia.
    • Consult with patients pre- and post-anesthesia.
    • Be on hand and alert to assist with any emergencies or problems during anesthesia.
    • Put patients under anesthesia and monitor their vital signs during and after anesthesia.
    • Work in line with patient confidentiality and safeguarding guidelines.
