Job Description

    Job descriptionHandled Effective management of receiving retrieval and dispatch functions whilst ensuring safe and on time product delivery to end users Manage peoples activities related to planning and assigning daily work, conducting performance appraisals, addressing performance issues, and resolving problems in the SCM /Service operations functions Planning Analyzing Past Sales/Consumptions availabilities of Stocks and POs in under process, lead times Purchase Vendor development / Procurement and Price negotiation PO generation, follow-ups for PI/CI Budgetary Controls Monitor all payments and expenses related to warehousing function to ensure proper budgetary control Profit and loss report WarehouseOptimizations Developwarehousedesign by planning layout, product flow and product handling systems evaluation and recommending new equipment. in order to optimize utilization and inventory storage Coordinate communication between thewarehouseand the sales office to assure efficient and timely deliveries Verify all incoming and outgoing shipments; ensuring that daily cycle counting and other inventory management functions are performed timely and thoroughly. Stock Management Responsible for accuracy of physical inventory across allwarehouselocations.
