Job Description

    Position: Human Resources Executive (HR) Company: Embedded Control Systems Location: Chandigarh Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 4 yearsAbout Us:PingME is a Tricity-based startup incubated under Embedded Control Systems, a reputed 25-year-old company known for delivering quality and innovation. PingME offers a smart, secure way to connect with vehicle owners using QR-code-enabled stickers solving the growing problem of improper parking communication in urban areas. We are scaling rapidly across Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula.Role Overview:We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Executive who can take full ownership of our human resources processes from recruiting to culture building and support our team during a high-growth phase.Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions (tech, sales, marketing, support)
    • Lead onboarding, documentation, induction, and employee lifecycle management
    • Implement and manage HR systems for payroll, attendance, and leave tracking
    • Build a strong work culture through employee engagement and welfare initiatives
    • Create, update, and enforce HR policies and compliance processes
    • Conduct performance reviews and support talent development planning
    • Maintain HR databases, records, reports, and employee feedback systems
    • Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve issues professionally
    • Help shape PingMEs internal culture and employer brand
    Requirements:
    • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related fields
    • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in HR roles (preferably in startups or growth-stage companies)
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Proficient with HR software, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and hiring platforms
    • Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of multitasking under deadlines
