Job Description

    As an Immigration Counselor at Yash Global Consultants, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals and families in realizing their dream of settling abroad. Your primary responsibility will be to counsel clients on various immigration options, eligibility criteria, and guide them through the documentation process for PR, Study Visas, Work Permits, and Visitor Visas to countries such as Canada, Australia, the USA, the UK, New Zealand, and Europe. To excel in this role, you will need to stay updated with the constantly evolving immigration policies and programs. Your expertise will enable you to provide personalized solutions tailored to each clients profile. Effective coordination with internal teams is essential to ensure the seamless processing of applications and guarantee client satisfaction. Moreover, you will be required to conduct follow-ups through different communication channels like calls, emails, and meetings.The ideal candidate for this position should possess at least 3 years of experience in the immigration industry, with a strong command of communication and interpersonal skills. A comprehensive understanding of immigration programs for various countries is crucial, along with the ability to efficiently manage multiple clients and deadlines. Fluency in English and either Hindi or Punjabi, depending on the clientele, is necessary.
