Job Description

    Job Title: Insurance Sales ExecutiveLocation: Chandigarh Department: Sales Experience Required:(Freshers with strong sales aptitude may apply)Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Executive to join our team in Chandigarh. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and selling insurance products such as life, health, and general insurance policies.Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
    • Meet potential clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products
    • Sell life, health, and general insurance policies
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients for renewals and cross-selling
    • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
    • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in any field(2 also will go)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good negotiation and convincing ability
    • Basic understanding of insurance products (preferred)
    • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in insurance or financial services sales
