This role involves travelling, building relationships with educational agents, schools, and prospective students, and managing the recruitment process from inquiry to enrollment.Key Responsibilities:Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute effective recruitment plans targeting international students.Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with educational agents, international schools, and prospective students.Travel: Represent the institution at international education fairs, school visits, and other recruitment events.Marketing and Outreach: Develop and distribute promotional materials, manage social media campaigns, and organize webinars to engage potential students.Candidate Support: Guide prospective students and their families about the application process, admission requirements, and academic programs.Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions team and other departments to ensure a smooth transition from application to enrollment.Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Education, International Relations, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 1 or more years of experience in student recruitment, preferably with a focus on international students.Skills:Strong understanding of international education systems and student recruitment practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using CRM systems and other recruitment software.Preferred Qualifications:Languages: Proficiency in English languages is an advantage.2] Marketing Manager for Company CollaborationLocation: ChandigarhCompany: Infinia Education Pvt.
