Compensation Best in Industry FUNCTIONAL AREA: IT Software Application Programming, MaintenanceMust Have SkillsExperience leading and managing a team of Software Engineers.Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java.Experience with database technologies such as MySQLUnderstanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering principles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWSExperience with. containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.Experience with API development and integration using technologies such as REST.Familiarity with software development tools such as JIRA, Git, or Jenkins.Experience with Agile development methodologies and processes.Experience in Microservices.Role And ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Software Engineers in developing and maintaining backend systems using programming languages such as Java.Define and implement best practices for backend development including code quality, scalability, and maintainability.Work closely with front-end developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.Conduct unit testing and integration testing of backend systems to ensure they meet the required quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects in software products.Continuously improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems.Participate in Agile development process including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.Develop and maintain technical documentation including design documents, API documentation, and user manuals.Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.ISMS Role and ResponsibilitiesAdhere to information security policies and processes of organization to protect business data and assets.Understanding and reporting on information security risks using risk assessment and treatment methodologies for the impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability of business data.Understanding of systems configuration, hardening, patch management and deployment.Understanding of systems backups and restoration to protect the business data from any disaster events.Provisioning and de-provisioning logical access to information processing systems (such as network and servers) as authorized.Implementing appropriate physical and technical safeguards at network and computing systems level, to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of business data.Understanding and reporting on how business data is stored, processed, and transmitted by the organization and by third-party vendors (as applicable).Report actual or suspected security and/or policy violations/breaches to an appropriate authority.Company ProfileMSB Digital Pvt Ltd is a Product based, innovation driven, enterprise solutions provider to some of the Fortune 500 clients.
