Job Description

    Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating, nurturing, and converting cold leads. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Maintain and update a database of potential clients, ensuring all lead information is accurate and up-to-date. Coordinate sales meetings, calls, and presentations with prospective clients. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and proposals in a timely manner to convert opportunities into sales. Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Track and report on key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and sales performance. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.Marketing Responsibilities: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, digital ads, etc.). Support the creation of marketing content, including newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth. Assist with managing and maintaining the companys online presence, including website updates and social media platforms. Coordinate marketing events, webinars, and trade shows as needed. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive communication and strategy alignment.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business. 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role with a focus on lead generation and conversion. Proven track record of successfully converting cold leads into clients. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing tools, social media management). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and trends to improve campaign performance. Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and marketing. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
