We also use applied technology expertise to serve the defense, entertainment, material handling, aerospace, science, and renewable energy industries.Position SummaryPurposeCreate motion graphics for product and service videos, and animations, and make audio-video edits based on concepts/technical specifications catering to marketing and training needs. Should respect existing corporate identity guidelines and style guides. Work under limited supervision.Duties & ResponsibilitiesFunctionsESSENTIAL Research, gather, and study relevant project. information. Understand deliverable requirements Closely follow storyboards depicting the script and narrative Create visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms Edit videos as per the script. Stabilize and enhance video quality for marketing and internal communication purpose Incorporate typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic and video content Create sketches, artworks, and illustrations as required Understand and follow branding guidelines and templates Function as a creative self-starter and work independently Work as a team and participate in all aspects of planning, and production of animation, including project control such as cost control, scheduling, and conducting reviews and risk assessments Create library elements for frequently used assets Organize and re-use elements from the library Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, in different geographic locations, to understand project goals, gather feedback, and incorporate revisions to achieve the desired creative vision Learn new software, tools, and standards quickly Prepare project documentation Demonstrate a high level of initiative to accomplish individual goals, aligned with department and organizational objectives Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of motion graphics designNON-ESSENTIAL Perform additional administrative /technical jobs as assigned Be open to travel as per business needs Contribute to improving existing processesSafetyEnsure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to so far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment.OtherCarry out work in accordance with the Companys Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Systems.Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems of the Company.Eliminate waste of whatever form, suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment.Supervisory Responsibilities This position has NO direct supervisory responsibilitiesReporting RelationshipQualificationsQualificationsREQUIRED Bachelors degree or equivalent level of competence in Visual Communication/Multimedia Discipline 3 to 5 years of relevant Industry experience Advanced level user of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop Good knowledge of additional plugins for Premiere and After Effects Good working knowledge 3D Animation or Graphic DesignDESIRED Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Experience in creating Corporate Videos Good knowledge of Social Media trendsKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Self-motivation, confidence, and passion Teamwork & Interpersonal skills Disciplined documentation and record-keeping skills Flexibility and adaptability under adverse conditions Ability to show initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness Ensure regular and consistent communication within the area of responsibility Innovation mindset and Creative IntelligenceAdditional InformationWorking ConditionsThis position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows.
