Job Description

With offices in Canada and India, we are known for our client-first approach, transparent processes, and strong results.We are now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead and oversee day-to-day operations in our growing immigration practice.Key Responsibilities: Oversee the operations team and ensure efficient handling of client files, applications, and communications. Create and implement SOPs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency. Monitor timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure accountability across the team. Coordinate with our RCIC, legal team, and customer support staff for seamless service delivery. Address client escalations and ensure a high standard of customer service. Regularly track and report performance metrics. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements. Conduct quality checks on case submissions, documentation, and communications.Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in legal, immigration, or service-based industries. Proven leadership and team management experience. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Tech-savvy: comfortable using project management tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
