    Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team in Chandigarh. As a Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, and play a pivotal role in enhancing user experience, driving engagement, and delivering business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that cater to our users needs and align with Shoutlos mission.Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with Shoutlos goals. Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the hyperlocal space. User-Centered Design: Gather and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and improvement areas. Collaborate with the design team to create user-centric features and interfaces. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products. Ensure clear communication and alignment across all teams during the product development process. Product Development: Define detailed product requirements, including user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria. Oversee product development cycles, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics post-launch. Use data-driven insights to optimize features, improve usability, and enhance user satisfaction. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related queries. Communicate progress, risks, and updates effectively to stakeholders and leadership. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure all product deliverables meet quality standards through rigorous testing and continuous monitoring post-launch.
