Job Description

    Are you a seasoned FMCG sales professional looking to step into a high-impact leadership role This is your opportunity to lead strong teams, drive growth, and expand markets across North India. We are currently seeking an AVP Sales/Regional Sales Head (General Trade) to join our team in Chandigarh/Ludhiana, covering Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, J&K, and part of Haryana.As the AVP Sales/Regional Sales Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing annual GT sales plans that are aligned with business objectives. You will drive market expansion by onboarding new distributors, lead and coach a team of 3 ASMs and 35 Sales Executives to achieve ambitious goals, and ensure execution excellence across trade marketing and activations. Building lasting relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers will be a key part of your role.To be successful in this role, you should have an MBA from a Tier I or Tier II institution and at least 9 years of experience in FMCG/Beverages sales. You should have a proven track record of success in managing large-scale GT operations across regions, strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to make data-driven decisions based on market insights.Joining our team will give you the opportunity to lead regional growth, shape GT strategy, and make a real impact on the business while mentoring future leaders in the FMCG industry.
