Job Description

    As a seasoned professional in the field of LAP and Mortgage sales, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition of high-quality customers through various channels such as DSAs, DSTs, and other direct sourcing channels. Your key responsibilities will include leading, managing, and mentoring a team of Sales Managers and DSTs to ensure consistent lead generation and file movement. Building and expanding a strong network of DSAs, with regular engagement and performance monitoring of active DSAs will be crucial.You will play a pivotal role in onboarding, empaneling, and activating new DSAs in untapped markets. Developing and implementing effective strategies to achieve business targets for yourself and the team will be essential. Strict adherence to product policies, documentation, and credit norms during sourcing is a fundamental aspect of this role.Keeping the sales team and channel partners updated and trained on product changes, market trends, and competition benchmarking will be part of your routine tasks. Monitoring team performance, ensuring productivity benchmarks are met, and taking corrective actions when necessary are also key responsibilities. Collaboration with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams to ensure seamless disbursement and service delivery is essential for success in this role.To be considered for this position, you should hold a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience in LAP/Mortgage sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within an NBFC, is required.,
