The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of advisors, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Qualifications Proven. experience as a sales manager or relevant role Ability to lead a team and set performance goals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service and negotiation skills Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or related field Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software,
