Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives. Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance and support. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication. Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by the company. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Ensure compliance with NBFC regulations and company policies. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 3 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in the financial services sector, preferably within an NBFC. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client base. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
