Job Description

    Position Title: Sales Manager Real Estate (Commercial Projects)Location: On-site Sector 7C, ChandigarhExperience Required: 3 to 7 years (Commercial Real Estate Only)Overview:We are looking to hire a Sales Manager exclusively for our Real Estate Commercial Projects. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience specifically in commercial real estate sales. This includes experience in selling commercial projects, real estate, cottages, villas.Key Responsibilities:1) Drive end-to-end sales of commercial real estate properties.2) Identify and develop relationships with potential investors, clients, and channel partners.3) Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups to convert leads into closures.4) Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with project objectives and market trends.5) Collaborate with internal departments including marketing and project execution teams to ensure seamless client experience.6) Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and regular reporting to management.7) Monitor competitive landscape and provide recommendations for pricing and promotional activities.Qualifications Required:1) Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.2) Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.3) Deep understanding of the commercial real estate market and buyer behavior.4) Strong local market knowledge of Chandigarh and surrounding regions.Experience Criteria:1) Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in commercial real estate sales is mandatory.2) Experience in general sales or non-commercial segments will not be considered.Additional Information:1) This is a full-time, on-site position based at our office in Sector 7C, Chandigarh.2) Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period.,
