Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:1. Design and Planning:Develop architectural designs and plans for various projects including residential, commercial, and industrial structures.Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and conceptual designs.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their vision is realized.2. Project Management:Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to architectural plans.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate with construction teams, engineers, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.3. Regulatory Compliance:Ensure that designs and constructions adhere to local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental laws.Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.4. Technical Proficiency:Use software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models.Review and approve technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.5. Client Interaction:Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns.Provide expert advice on design modifications, materials, and finishes.6.
