Job Description

The architect will be responsible for various tasks including construction detailing, producing conceptual plans, coordinating project layouts, utilizing design software, producing construction documents, and supervising workers in different project phases. They will work closely with the Project Manager, Director of Architecture, and project managers, and collaborate with multi-discipline design teams. The architect should have the ability to provide efficient design solutions, possess strong communication skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the capacity to work under indirect supervision.Qualifications for the architect role include a degree in architecture, at least 3 years of architectural experience, knowledge of building regulations, proficiency in design software such as Revit and AutoCAD, and familiarity with tools like SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite. A LEED AP certification is preferred.This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule will entail day and morning shifts, with the requirement to work in person. The expected start date for this role is 10/05/2025.,
