    Pen Picture of CandidateThe Helpdesk Executive is responsible for providing uninterrupted technical & operational assistance, responsible for L1 & L2 Support, incident resolution, user guidance & escalation management.Job ProfileLocation : ChandigarhQualification : BE/B. Tech /BCA/B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science/Electronics)/MCAMin. Experience (in Yrs) : 2Role & Responsibility1. Provide first-line support for user-reported issues, including login problems, software errors, and connectivity issues.2. Facilitate collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams to address and resolve IT-related concerns.3. Identify and escalate technical issues that require attention from higher-level support or engineering teams.4. Offer training and guidance to users on the effective use of IT systems, software tools, and devices.5. Maintain logs of issues and solutions to support troubleshooting and knowledge-sharing.6. Ensure timely and professional communication with users, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.7. Assist in the deployment and configuration of IT hardware and software as needed.8. Assist with customer service or client-facing duties, including answering inquiries, providing product information, or supporting account management teams.9. Provide expert-level support for complex issues that cannot be resolved by Level 1 or Level 2 support teams. This involves troubleshooting, analyzing root causes, and providing solutions to resolve critical system problems.10. Identifying issues that require escalation to higher-level technical teams.11.
