Job Description

    Location: ChandigarhEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience Level: Senior Level (3 Years)Salary: 20,000 45,000 (based on experience & skills)About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Senior Package Consultant to join our travel team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in handling custom and group travel packages for both B2B and B2C clients, covering domestic and international sectors.Key Responsibilities: Design, manage, and promote customized and fixed departure travel packages Handle complex itinerary planning, costing, and bookings (hotels, flights, transfers, visas, sightseeing) Build and maintain relationships with B2B partners, DMCs, and suppliers globally Close sales leads from direct clients and travel partners Guide and support junior team members with knowledge and training Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with pre- and post-sales support Keep up-to-date with latest travel trends, destinations, visa policies, and supplier updatesDesired Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the travel industry In-depth knowledge of global and Indian destinations, travel operations, and vendor networks Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong sales acumen with a client-first approach Proficiency in travel software systems (CRMs, GDS, supplier portals) Ability to handle pressure and multitask across different projectsWhat We Offer: Competitive salary (20,000 to 45,000 based on experience & expertise) Monthly incentives and target-based bonuses Opportunities to lead domestic/international travel projects Professional development and training opportunities Supportive team environment with career advancement paths,
