Job Description

    As a dedicated Nurse specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Gynecology, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to premature and critically ill newborn infants, as well as Gynecology patients. Your role will involve attending to the basic needs of infants such as feeding and changing diapers, as well as performing medical procedures including inserting intravenous lines, conducting tests, and administering medications. Collaborating closely with NICU/Gynecology physicians, you will assist in various medical procedures and treatments while utilizing and adjusting specialized medical equipment. In addition to hands-on care, you will play a vital role in formulating nursing plans, assessing the effectiveness of treatments, and providing emotional support to both infants and their families. Your ability to offer comfort to ill newborns and educate parents and family members on at-home care will be crucial in ensuring holistic care.To qualify for this role, you must hold a Registered Nursing license along with a GNM or B.Sc. in Nursing. A minimum of 3 years of experience in NICU/Gynecology care is required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as you will interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals on a daily basis. Proficiency in working with NICU/Gynecology specialized equipment, strong teamwork skills, and the capacity to provide emotional support are key attributes we are seeking in the ideal candidate.This position offers accommodation with applicable terms and conditions and requires an immediate joiner who can commence duties within 7 days of acceptance.
