Job Description

    As a Manual Tester for web and mobile applications, you will be responsible for ensuring that the products meet functional and design specifications through rigorous testing. Your key responsibilities will include performing manual testing on both web and mobile applications (Android/iOS), creating and maintaining test cases and scenarios based on business requirements, and conducting various types of testing such as functional, UI/UX, regression, smoke, and sanity testing. You will collaborate closely with developers to log detailed bug reports, reproduce issues, and validate bug fixes. Additionally, you will document test results clearly, maintain QA documentation, and ensure that the application is responsive and performs well across different platforms. Participation in requirements review meetings to provide early feedback on potential quality risks is also expected. Collaboration with developers, product managers, and designers will be essential to ensure a seamless testing process.To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field along with at least 2 years of experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications. A strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle (STLC) is required. Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, Trello, or similar is essential. Familiarity with Android/iOS testing environments and basic mobile debugging tools is a plus. You should have a good understanding of responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail, the ability to work independently and in a team are crucial for success in this role.This is a full-time position with benefits including paid sick time, paid time off, and a performance bonus.
