Guiding about the server / hardware configuration.4. Preparing Site Readiness Form, customer site visit report, Gap Analysis Form/scope of work, Software maintenance Points, MOM, Training Job card, implementation Sign off for client.5. Provide on-site or off-site support via on-line session whenever required to Client.6. Your primary responsibility is to take care of client .7. Given proper flow of any new process with DFD diagrams.8. Take regular feedback from clients of newly implemented projects.9. Give and take proper feedback of all tasks & projects.10. Gathering & providing as much information related to competitors.11. Any other relevant job assigned by the management occasionally.Requirements Preferably should have implemented healthcare software in hospitals. Good comm skills Required.
