Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a drive to achieve targets. As a Tele Caller, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential clients, understanding their immigration needs, and guiding them through our services.Responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients who have expressed interest in immigration services.2. Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, building rapport and trust.3. Provide information about our immigration services, including visa processes, documentation requirements, and eligibility criteria.4. Understand clients individual immigration goals and tailor our services to meet their specific needs.5. Follow up with leads and inquiries through phone calls and emails to convert them into clients.6. Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and client conversion.7. Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and update the customer database accordingly.8. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion strategies and improve overall performance.9. Stay updated on changes in immigration policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.Requirements:1. Proven experience as a tele caller or sales representative in the immigration industry is preferred.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets.6. Proficiency in English and any additional language proficiency is a plus.7. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.8.
