Job Description

    Job Title: Banking Telecaller Executive Credit Card Sales & MarketingJob Overview:We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executives to join our team in the *Credit Card Sales and Marketing* department. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work towards meeting sales targets. As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting various credit card products, and achieving monthly sales goals.Key Responsibilities-Outbound Calls & Lead Generation - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell credit cards.Identify prospective leads from databases and market research. Explain the benefits and features of various credit card products to potential customers.Sales Conversion:Guide customers through the application process and help them choose the best credit card based on their needs and eligibility. Close sales and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Handle customer inquiries, objections, and provide solutions to concerns about credit cards.Promote Additional Banking Products: Upsell other financial products (e.g., personal loans, insurance, savings accounts) where applicable.Compliance & ReportingAdhere to legal, regulatory, and company policies during all sales calls and customer interactions. Maintain records of all calls and sales activities and report to team leads or supervisors.Market Research & Feedback: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors products to better assist customers. Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding customer preferences and market conditions.Skills & Qualifications:Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills. Sales Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or credit card sales is preferred but not mandatory. Customer Service: Strong customer relationship-building skills and the ability to handle objections and rejections professionally. Target-Oriented: Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure. Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer queries and concerns effectively. Knowledge of Financial Products (Desirable): Familiarity with banking products, particularly credit cards, is a plus.
