    SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated Territory Sales Executive to take charge of our regional sales operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead our territory expansion, build a strong market presence, and grow alongside the company at an astronomical pace.As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue, managing client relationships, and ensuring Aidan Global remains the top choice in custom sportswear in your region.Key Responsibilities Generate leads, onboard new clients, and manage end-to-end B2B sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, gyms, sports academies, and clubs. Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to your territory. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the central marketing and production team to deliver exceptional service. Provide reports and insights on territory performance, competition, and customer feedback.Requirements Minimum 13 years of experience in field sales or territory-based roles. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Passionate about sports, fashion, or fitness (a plus). Self-driven, target-oriented, and team player.
