Job Description

    We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer who possesses a strong expertise in designing and developing intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences. As a part of our team, your primary responsibility will be to translate user requirements into interactive designs, conduct usability research, and collaborate with developers to bring these designs to life. Your contributions will play a significant role in enhancing the usability, aesthetics, and overall user experience of our products.You will be tasked with designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications. Your role will involve conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Utilizing industry-standard tools, you will create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. It is essential to apply best practices in UI design principles to maintain consistency and accessibility across all products. Collaboration with developers is crucial to ensure the seamless implementation of designs. You will also be responsible for optimizing designs based on feedback, analytics, and user behavior. Additionally, maintaining and evolving design systems, style guides, and component libraries will be part of your responsibilities. Staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies is essential for this role.The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a UI/UX Designer, Developer, or similar role. Proficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools is required. A strong understanding of UI design principles, layout, color theory, and typography is essential. Hands-on experience in React for implementing UI designs is preferred.Furthermore, the ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design solutions is necessary. Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design is a plus. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.Experience with design systems and component-based UI development, knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design integration, and an understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) are considered as preferred skills.In this role, you will have the opportunity to design products that have a meaningful impact on users, work in a tech-first culture that values innovation and quality, have the freedom to innovate, and collaborate with skilled engineers, product managers, and designers who prioritize creativity and precision.This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work at our location.,
