    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
    • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
    • Screen and shortlist resumes to identify candidates that meet the job requirements.
    • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs.
    • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and streamline the recruitment process.
    • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
    • Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends, tools, and best practices to improve hiring efficiency.
    • Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and campus drives.
    Qualifications and Skills
    • 12th or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
    • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
    • [Optional] Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS) is a plus.
