Job Description

    We are hiring for Sales Associate and Senior Sales Associate for a luxury retail brand.Job description:Key Responsibilities:Customer Service:Greet customers, assist with product information, answer questions, and resolve any issues professionally. Sales:Identify customer needs, recommend products, and drive sales by promoting products and sales. Transactions:Process payments and returns accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems. Store Maintenance:Keep the sales floor clean and organized, restock shelves, and ensure merchandise is properly displayed. Inventory Management:Assist with receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting any discrepancies. Product Knowledge:Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions. Loss Prevention:Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring the sales floor and reporting suspicious activity.
