    ob descriptionJob descriptionAgadh is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. As a video editor you will be responsible for crafting high-quality, engaging, and high-converting video content tailored for social media ads, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling. You must be proficient in video editing software, have a keen eye for detail, and understand digital marketing trends to create content that performs exceptionally well. Minimum 3 years of experience*Roles & Responsibilities: Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging, and high-performing video ads & content. Trim, cut, and arrange footage to maintain storytelling flow and brand aesthetics. Color grade footage for a professional and visually appealing look. Optimize video formats, resolutions, and sizes for different digital platforms. Create ad creatives for Meta (Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Edit user-generated content (UGC) ads, testimonial videos, and brand storytelling visuals. Develop engaging short-form content, reels, videos that drive engagement. Work closely with the creative team to align video edits with marketing goals and ad strategies. Adapt and repurpose existing video assets into multiple formats for different channels. Work closely with content strategists, graphic designers, and performance marketers. Follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency in all video content. Coordinate with scriptwriters and motion designers to enhance visual storytelling. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, audience preferences, and platform algorithms.Preferred experience and qualification: Proficiency in Editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro etc. Strong Understanding of Digital Marketing Trends: Understanding how video content impacts conversions, engagement, and performance marketing. Worked in a digital marketing agency or performance marketing setup. Experience in editing high-performing ad creatives for brands. Understanding of UGC ad trends, meme edits, and viral content formats.
