Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be responsible for ensuring the guests receive the highest level of personalized service at all times. Report any guest complaints or problems to your supervisors if an immediate solution cannot be found, and follow up with the guests to ensure their satisfaction. Maintain a high standard of grooming and hygiene, foster good rapport with colleagues and other departments. Be fully supportive of your supervisors and team, and be ready to take on any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you.
