• Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and understand business requirements.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.
  • Prepare detailed requirement specifications, process maps, and documentation to support business needs.
• Solution Design & Implementation:
  • Work closely with technical teams to design and implement solutions that address business needs.
  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Support the project management team in ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze business data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track business performance.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on progress and project outcomes.
• Process Improvement:
  • Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at streamlining business processes and improving operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices and optimize business operations.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication:
  • Engage with key stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Testing & Validation:
  • Support the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback for adjustments.
  • Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with organizational standards.
• Project Support:
  • Provide business analysis support for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Help resolve issues and roadblocks during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of [2] years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling and analysis techniques.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.) and project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
