Job Description

    Job Code : ENSE-3322-01 Job Title : COMOS Designer Department : Systems Engineering Role Definition : Roles at this level are Team members of the project, proposals, This role typically is of execution with minimum supervision within the area of work executed as a team member. Key Role & Responsibility : Functional competency - Responsible for specific task / area as designer for management of all activities related to his/her task / area in the project. - Perform 2D/3D design and documentation - Prepare quality deliverable within budget, schedule and take full responsibility for the own task. - Contact person with sound knowledge for specific activity / for computational methods within his area. - Perform review of deliverables Additional Responsibility : Number of Projects Handled: Atleast 2 projects as a Team member - Technical knowledge of core domain area and tools to enable independent working - Good collaboation and communicaiton skills Education qualification & Experience : 1. Diploma in Chemical Engineering with 4+ years experience, 2. ITI in Chemical / Mechanical with 7+ years experience Technical Knowledge : -> To draft P&IDs in COMOS as per Company Standards and Input schematics and Legend Sheets. -> Work on updating of P&IDs, as per red-mark up received from Engineers. -> Interact with Engineers in office / Engineers from other entity office to resolve queries on Mark up drawings and complete the drawings as per requirement and in budgeted hours and time lines. Preferred SkillSet : -> Working experience of min. 5 to 8 years with EPC organization working on COMOS. -> Detailed design experience in drafting of P&IDs. -> Ability to coordinate with others designers & Engineers to work on multiple Projects. -> Good in English communication; verbal as well as writing. -> Willingness to do work from Linde Engg India Vadodara office,
