Job Description

    About The Role : - Do you live and breathe the startup culture If yes, you would fit right in. Only someone with an experience of having built a tech product that solves problems in real time can deliver the requirements of this role with us.- We are looking for a very special person - one who will be among the founders to help us effectively execute our mission. By being a part of the core team, strategy and direction would be your most important functions. You will be required to innovate and execute.- This role doesnt come with a defined set of responsibilities but the possibilities are infinite! If you have a proven experience of building a product & will do whatever it takes to scale Z1 Media with us, this job is for you. Responsibilities : - Ability to work individually to provide inputs on the new product strategy and ensure it is aligned with the company vision- Act as a bridge between the technology, sales and operations team.- Help identify and solve problems, come up with innovative solutions as and when required on product adoption or growth- Work with the product and growth teams to drive the metrics on product adoption, engagement and growth- Start off new revenue streams for Z1 Media by executing new product sprints, sales, tech etc. Requirements : - Prior experience in growing with an early stage startups as a founder or a core member- Experience working with B2B software product is a must- High degree of brand awareness and aesthetics- Experience working with technology products a must (combination of technology + product management is highly preferred)- Good understanding of business, planning resources and budgeting- Ideal person would have had a tech startup preferably based in software and should have handled sales, marketing, tech etc. About Us : Z1 Media is a technology first company which strives to innovate digital advertising and marketing to streamline automation in favour of humankind.
