Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition and Retention:Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food industry through networking and lead generation. Manage existing client accounts, ensuring consistent satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs, challenges, and expectations. Sales and Account Management:Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitable deals. Monitor sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve goals. Upsell and cross-sell products based on client needs and market trends. Customer Service and Support:Address client inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently. Resolve product issues, including quality concerns, delivery delays, and order discrepancies. Provide timely updates on order status and product availability. Market Analysis and Insights:Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences within the food industry. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Collaboration with Internal Teams:Work closely with sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experience. Communicate client feedback and market insights to internal stakeholders to inform product development and marketing strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. Relationship Building:Ability to develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients.
