Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer who will be responsible for driving huge value and adoption among our customers.Requirements
    • As a Customer Success Engineer, you will work at the crucial intersection of existing customers and the rest of the company, driving customer success that leads ultimately to revenue and hence overall company success.

    About You
    • Hands-on experience with platforms like Spark, Databricks, AWS EMR, Kubernetes etc
    • Experience in Hadoop, Azure, AWS, GCP, Kafka, HBase and Snowflake is a huge plus
    • Hands on UNIX/Linux/Cloud systems experience in installation and troubleshooting
    • 3+ years of customer facing experience with product demos, installation, training, and handling support request from customers
    • Excellent communication skills in front of customers
    • Ability to work during UK timezone is required
