Job Description

    What we need:We are looking for someone to join our Data Engineering team and be our data detective. You will dive deep and answer questions from across the company. However, just finding the answers isn t enough. We need you to help others see what you see in the data with understandable explanations of your discoveries. You will also be ready to paint the data picture of our high-level goals through detailed visualizations for the company. You will be instrumental in helping to shape the next phase of the company s data journey.Who you ll work with: While you will spend most of your time with the Data Engineering team, you will be working with people from across the organization. As you will have all the data data, you will be very popular with those that have all the questions. These groups will include engineers seeking current data to enable them to make architectural decisions, account managers who need to know at a glance how their customers are doing, and executives looking into data to help drive presentations.What youll do:
    • You will help others in the company answer questions to guide the direction of work
    • You will find insights in our data to get our customers excited about what is happening at Logikcull
    • You will help build visualizations and dashboards that show our most important information in the easiest way possible
    • You will deep dive into our data to find clues to what drives our healthiest customers and what we can do to help our struggling customers.

    • You need to love data and what it can do
    • You need to be able to be a data detective and be able to explore using SQL in our data lake
    • You need to be able to present data through visualizations that help stakeholders understand
    • You need to be able to look at patterns in the data and build statistical models that predict that data behavior
    • You need to have the ability to test your findings
    • You need to have some skills in programming to support your analysis with some data wrangling
