Job Description

    Job summaryThe ER Manager would be responsible for handling POSH and other complex employee complaints, managing employee grievances and facilitating punitive actions in conjunction with other stakeholders, in a timely and effective manner. The role holder would need to prepare a detailed employee investigations report, at the conclusion of an employee investigation. The role holder would require to analyze and aggregate casework data to identify issue trends and opportunities for issue mitigation on a proactive basis. Key job responsibilitiesThe ER Manager will work proactively to: Investigate highly sensitive HR and Employee Relations & POSH complaints, including: Conducting complainant, witness and subject employee interviews; Analyze data from various internal systems; Case adjudication; Propose remedial action based on investigation findings; Production of completed investigation documentation Independently manage assigned casework, bringing investigations to closure rapidly and definitively Design, collect, and analyze multiple levels of employee and stakeholder feedback Analyze aggregate casework data to identify issue trends and opportunities for proactive issue mitigation Analyze casework trends and produce strategic recommendations to the business to proactively address systemic issues Partner to engage in continuous improvement of communication vehicles and practices Partner in analysis and revision of people programs, policies, and practices to sustain a positive work environment for Customer service associates Consult and collaborate with business partners, Corporate ER teams, Legal teams, and 3rd Party Vendors on complex employee investigations Work reactively on critical employee relations issues that are crisis-oriented and typically can only be successfully completed with limited time. Balancing time between projects and crisis-response is a critical component for success in the position. Be the custodian of the disciplinary grid and revise/update the grid based on the changes with the business.,
    • 7+ years experience in Human Resources or any other related field
    Post Graduate/MBA with relevant experience in managing POSH cases as an IC member, Executive escalations and internal investigations in a global multinational company environment. Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results. Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative - Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation.
