Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Analyst to support financial advisory, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and strategic investment activities. The candidate will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, preparing valuation models, market research, industry analysis, and investment presentations for clients and senior management. Key responsibilities include building financial models, performing company valuations using DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction methods, analyzing financial statements, preparing pitch books, and supporting transaction execution. The role requires close collaboration with clients, investors, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful deal completion. Candidates should possess strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of corporate finance, equity markets, debt markets, financial reporting, and investment strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, financial modeling, and valuation techniques is essential. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are highly preferred.
