Job Description

    Hi,We have Urgent job opening for Cafe Partner(Backend Kitchen) position with our client organization.1) Cafe Partner
    • a) Age : 18 to 35 Years
    • b) Qualification : 12th
    • c) Skills : English (Speak & Read)
    • d) Salary : Inhand(Take Home) 15k to 16k for first 4 months then 1000 increment then after 10 months 2000 increment. (Starting Gross - 17k to 18k for first 4months)
    • e) Other Benefits : 1300 in EPF, ESI monthly Incentive.
    • f) Work : Cafe order regeneration, Cafe maintenance - Cleaning of cafe, Cafe stock arrangements, Food Packing.
    • g) Shift timing : Weekly rotation shift (7am - 4pm, 10am -7pm, 1pm - 10pm, 4pm- 2pm, 10pm - 7am)
    • Other information: Grooming standard - clean shave and shoes mandatory, Each cafe required 2 female and 4 male. Female - Only day shift 7am to 8pm maximum timings. Salary date month end last day & Over time will paid on double as per the requirement.
    • 10 days training will be given at the time of joining & all positions will be under onroll.
